Cancellation / Private Policy |

1. Individual reservation (up to maximum 5 rooms)
If you booked 5 rooms or less, you can cancel your reservation as follows:
| Up to 3 days before arrival: | cancellation free of charge |
| Less than 3 days before arrival: | We charge 100% of the room rate for the whole stay except we can resell the room. This also applies if you modify your reservation after your arrival! |
2. Group- and convention reservations (6 rooms and more)
When you booked at least 6 rooms, the following policy applies:
| Up to 60 days before arrival: | Cancellation free of charge as long we also hold your provisional reservation. Then we transform your provisional reservation automatically in a definitive reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. |
| Up to 30 days before arrival: | We charge 50% of the room rate for the whole stay except we can resell the room. |
| Less than 30 days before arrival: | We charge 100% of the room rate for the whole stay except we can resell the room. This also applies if you modify your reservation after your arrival! |
If you shorten the stay by groups, this cancellation and the corresponding deadlines are exactly the same as for a complete cancellation of the reservation, i.e. we charge all the rooms that we could not resell.
We reserve the right to charge a prepayment of 50% of the calculated total from a contract value of more than CHF 2000.00. Receipt of up to 30 days before arrival.
